A finance graduate with Masters in Marketing is a professional turned entrepreneur and the anchor at Enrich. He has to his credit over 14 years of industry experience in Logistics & Renewable Energy. In the renewable energy space, he was associated with the wind energy major, Suzlon Energy. He has won several national and international accolades for his contribution to the solar energy segment in a very short span. These include – the Udyog Rattan Award 2014, the Bharat Udyog Samman Puraskar 2014 and the Asia Pacific Achievers Award 2014.
At the helm of the organization, he provides guidance in global Business Development, Strategy and Planning, Corporate Finance, Legal, Human Resources and Administration as also spearheads the organization’s foray into new businesses and adoption of world-class practices.
He is a Law graduate with a passion for Science & Technology. He has a wide-ranging hands-on practical experience of over 17 years, having successfully executed a number of Solar PV Projects in kW and MW scale, Solar Thermal Projects, Energy Efficiency Projects, Induction Lighting Systems, LED Lighting Systems for Corporates, PSUs and allied Industries. He has also designed micro-invertors for on-grid application for various solar applications.
He plays the pivotal role in organizations’ foray into new technology development and adaptation, Quality management practices, Quality analysis, innovation in Project execution for improved performance and he champions Safety practices. He also leads the overall Operations of the organization.
Mr. Ashish Sethi, is an Engineer by academics and a passionate businessman. His experience spans 24 years of the global Power industry, of which the last 10 years have been largely into developing Solar energy, both Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal. His functional experience includes operating as Head P&L, International Business, Sales & Marketing, as also Manufacturing.
He plays the prominent role in organizations’ business growth both in terms of volume and geography. His keen acumen on business fundamentals, understanding of market dynamics, Customer oriented approach helps Enrich take the right path towards achieving its long-term goals.
