Ashish Sethi, is an Engineer by academics and a passionate businessman. His experience spans 24 years of the global Power industry, of which the last 10 years have been largely into developing Solar energy, both Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal. His functional experience includes operating as Head P&L, International Business, Sales & Marketing, as also Manufacturing.

He plays the prominent role in organizations’ business growth both in terms of volume and geography. His keen acumen on business fundamentals, understanding of market dynamics, Customer oriented approach helps Enrich take the right path towards achieving its long-term goals.

Pradeep Patil has been a long term player in the Indian Renewables industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an MBA in Marketing & Finance. His has over 14 years of rich experience in marketing of Renewable Energy Projects, and Industrial as well as Capital Goods. He has generated business volume of over 500 MW in Southern & Western regions of India.

As Head Business Development at Enrich, he is responsible for Business development and Marketing. He has been leading the BD team since past 4 years to achieve Enrich’s aggressive business plans.

Snehasis Bal holds a degree in Finance as well as Cost and Management Accountant (CMA – Merit Holder) ACS (I). He has over 24 years of experience in Financial Planning, Controlling and Risk Mitigation, Merger & Acquisitions, and Designing of EPC / LSTK Contracts (Domestic & International).

As Head Commercial at Enrich, he is responsible for Corporate Finance, Budgeting & Controlling, Asset management and Accounts. He is grounded in concrete actions and has a supportive approach to business.

I Raghuram is amongst the few who have witnessed transformation of Indian solar industry while being an active contributor to it. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has 24 years of hands on expertise in EPC project management, O&M, Technological tie ups, JVs & Contracts with domestic and International suppliers, Safety, QA, Internal Estimation & bidding, ISO audit and Solar product development. Some of his achievements include setting up of Solar module manufacturing plant, CSP installations and Rural electrification. He has executed projects in India and overseas also.

As Head of Operations, his role is vital in the entire Concept to Commissioning process, right from the Design, Supply Chain, Project execution and also sustained energy generation through O&M support to our valuable Customers.
